Job Title: OR
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 - $74/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a OR:

• Work four 10-hour shifts per day, scheduled from 0700-1730 plus call duties
• Perform either one short call (1930-2300) or one long call (2300-0700) during each week on a fair and rotating basis
• Participate in one to two 24-hour weekend call shifts (Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700) per six-week grid on a fair and rotating basis
• Submit all requested time off (RTO) requests prior to start date, as preference will be given to candidates with limited to no RTO requests
• Maintain valid nursing license verified through Nursys
• Complete CNE Skills Checklist prior to submission
• Complete CNE Specialty Competency Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Basic EKG Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Pharmacology Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Core Competencies upon onboarding
• Maintain current BSN credentials
• Comply with all health and immunization requirements including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA
• Complete required Fit Test as part of onboarding health requirements
• Provide 2 professional references prior to submission
• Complete and submit CNE Work Attestation prior to start
• Adhere to all confidentiality agreements and facility compliance documentation requirements
• Complete RI Fingerprinting requirements (RN only)
• Maintain a valid Driver's License or State ID
