Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring an OR nurse for a 13-week assignment in Machias, Maine. The role runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a potential extension. Pay rate is $68–$74 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

CNOR preferred; COVID-19 vaccination required. The position requires delivering safe perioperative care, scrubbing and circulating as needed, and collaborating with the perioperative team to ensure quality patient care.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Machias, Maine. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a OR:

• Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care during the perioperative period
• Able to scrub, circulate, and work in the recovery room as needed
• Communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization
• CNOR certification preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination is required
• Work day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
