Job summary

Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee multi-department operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care across shifts. You will develop and monitor budgets, approve supply orders, coordinate staffing and training, and lead performance evaluations while maintaining regulatory readiness and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Nursing degree from Accredited Nursing School.
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing decisions.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and supply usage.
• Lead staff training, evaluations, and scheduling; manage Kronos/payroll support.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards; lead survey readiness.
• Participate in committees and drive cost containment and quality initiatives.
