Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry.
• 2 years management experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse License in Arizona, CPR and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgets and monitor budget variances.
• Responsible for employee staffing and performance evaluations.
• Conduct staff meetings and manage day-to-day activities.
