Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager to lead Surgical and Medical ICU teams. This full-time role provides leadership and operational oversight for inpatient units, accountable for achieving department and hospital goals in collaboration with leadership.

The NOM will drive quality nursing practice, manage staffing and budget, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety within a large academic-affiliated facility.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with BSN; advanced degrees preferred.
• Current RN license in Alabama or NLC; BLS certification.
• Leadership experience in an acute care setting.

• Plans, leads, and evaluates delivery of patient care to achieve outcomes.
