Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing, budget, and patient care processes to ensure outcomes.
• Defines policy with higher-level management and develops departmental procedures.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and quality initiatives.
