Job summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit is seeking an innovative healthcare leader to drive excellence in patient outcomes and nursing operations. Reporting to Nursing leadership, this role oversees NICU and Labor & Delivery units with 24/7 responsibilities in a hospital setting.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week management position focused on performance improvement, budget oversight, and delivering high-quality patient care in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s preferred (MSN).
• Registered Nurse licensed in Michigan.
• Minimum three years of progressive nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage NICU and Labor & Delivery units; oversee nursing operations.
• Lead patient care initiatives, compliance, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, budgets and goals.
