Tenet Healthcare's DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital seeks a Patient Services Manager for Telemetry to lead nursing operations, drive patient outcomes, and support 24/7 unit management. The role reports to Nursing leadership and oversees multiple nursing units, including NICU and L&D, with a focus on performance improvement and budgeting.

The position is full-time, dayshift, with responsibilities across policy development, staff evaluation, and collaboration with senior leadership to achieve

Qualifications

• BSN is required (Masters preferred).
• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan.
• Three years of progressive nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient services with accountability for nursing operations.
• Manage NICU and Labor & Delivery units or related nursing units.
• Develop, implement and evaluate performance improvement and staffing processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to DE/O policies in the unit.
