• NIH Stroke certification preferred.
• Hospital Safety Care training upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Plan and direct nursing care on assigned units with leadership oversight.
• Respond to administrative problems and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate patient flow and placement to ensure optimal care.
• Collaborate with all departments and supervise off-shift staff.
• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response) and debrief after events.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR and prepare reports as required.
• Participate in committees and initiatives for quality and safety.
