Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required).
• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree in Related Field (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care on assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and initiate improvements in patient care and organizational delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and regulatory activities for the unit.
• Provide supervision, orientation, and performance coaching for staff.
