Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nevada RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure safe, cost-effective patient care.
• Oversee 24/7 delivery of patient care and ensure alignment with ANA standards and CARF/Joint Commission.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and supervise staff; develop education and professional growth plans.
