Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a nursing leader to plan, supervise and evaluate care delivery around the clock. You will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across units and mentor staff in a patient-centered environment.

The role requires a TX RN license, a bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, and 3 years of professional nursing experience, with leadership credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet criteria to sit for the NCLEX and become licensed in Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Texas RN License upon hire.
• TNCC and ENPC training; TNCC/ENPC Instructor preferred for Manager Pediatric Trauma.
• Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in the specified area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care 24/7 for designated areas.
• Oversee staff performance and unit management in coordination with the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure continuity of care across the care continuum and promote a culture of patient-centered care.
