Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Valid RN license in NJ or a compact license.
• Nurse Executive Certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 patient care coordination and staffing.
• Manage budgets, annual operating plan, and staffing to meet financial targets.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, and staff development.
• Promote patient and staff safety and adherence to quality standards.
• Represent the hospital in community engagement and Magnet journey activities.
