Job summary

Harris Health's Nursing Operations Specialist (NOS) reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and provides daily support for nursing operations, including integration of system-wide initiatives, development of training materials, policies, and procedures, and identifying gaps to standardize best practices.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing required, MSN preferred.
Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Texas.
Two years of project or program management in a nursing department.

Responsibilities

Support integration of system-wide nursing initiatives and training development.
Identify gaps in Nursing performance and drive standardization of practices.
Collaborate with multiple Nursing departments for content creation and policy delivery.
