PACS Group in the United States is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in directing licensed and non-licensed staff delivering 24/7 care. The role requires a BSN preferred and 3–5 years of nurse management experience, with a strong focus on leadership, regulatory compliance, and resident safety.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, participate in policy development, and coordinate clinical operations, daily rounds, and staff training.

Competenze

• BSN preferred and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• 3-5 years of nurse management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility
• Current nursing license and continuing education/licensing requirements
• Ability to supervise both licensed and non-licensed staff and coordinate care
• Strong communication and regulatory knowledge

Mansioni

• Assist the DON in planning and supervising nursing staff activities
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing services, policies, and procedures
• Recruit, hire and train nursing staff; assist with appraisals
• Oversee clinical operations, daily rounds, and resident safety and rights
• Liaise with physicians, families and staff; participate in staff meetings and in-services
