PACS Group in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in coordinating licensed and non-licensed staff across 24/7 care. The ADON will help plan and supervise clinical operations, rounds, and resident care delivery in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, is in good standing with the State Board of Nursing, and has 3–5 years in nurse management.

Formación

• Registered nurse with BSN preferred and current licensure.
• 3–5 years of nurse management in long-term care preferred.
• Must maintain continuing education/licensing.
• Good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to read and interpret healthcare regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist DON in planning and supervising nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing services policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire and train nursing staff.
• Oversee daily rounds and monitor resident conditions.
• Ensure resident safety and respect; liaise with families and physicians.
• Attend staff meetings and prepare management reports.
