Job summary

Crestwood is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to coordinate nursing functions across infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, records, and staff education at our San Francisco Healing Center.

The role requires California RN licensure, and preferred BSN/MS with experience in skilled nursing. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a leading behavioral health provider.

Qualifications

Prefer current licensure in the State of California as an RN.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Tech (LPT).
CPR and first aid certification.
BSN or master’s degree preferred.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Meet all applicable regulatory standards.
Knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, PSR, and recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate aspects of nursing including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and timely reporting requirements.
Support development of marketing strategies and networking with referral sources.
