Crestwood Behavioral Health in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to coordinate nursing functions, ensure policy compliance, and support interdisciplinary teams across infection control, quality assurance, and staff education. This role also helps drive a marketing strategy and relationships with referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have CA RN licensure (or LVN/LPT) and CPR/First Aid certification, with preferred BSN or higher and SNF experience, aligning with

Qualifications

• Prefer current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Or Licensed Psych Tech (LPT).
• CPR and first aid certified.
• BSN or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Meet all applicable regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, psychosocial, PSR, and recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aspects of nursing including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
• Support all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
