Responsibilities

• Monitors FTE utilization and makes recommendations to promote cost-effective man-hour practices.
• Oversees orientation programs for new employees in all clinical areas.
• Directs and participates in Center committees, meetings, in-services, and activities.
• Ensures center is clean and facility is maintained per policy, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures equipment is clean, disinfected, sterile, and operational at all times.
• Ensures continuing education for clinical staff members as needed.
• Monitors operational activities for effective management of daily operation.
• Prepares staffing schedules according to vacations, holidays, and daily assignments.
• Ensures staff are cross-trained to provide a productive work environment.
• Regular and predictable attendance; attends required education.
