Job summary

Centrum Surgery Center is seeking an ASC Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead daily operations, improve workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires an RN license in Texas, 5 years in the OR, and a 1-year leadership background.

You will supervise clinical and administrative teams, manage schedules and processes, and ensure HIPAA compliance while maintaining safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required.
• Five years operating room experience.
• One year in a leadership role.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ASC operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff including intake, front desk, medical assistants, and scheduling teams.
• Assign work, set priorities, and address performance, workflow, and staffing issues.
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and operation processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and HIPAA requirements.
• Monitor budget, verify invoices, approve time sheets, and manage administrative operations.
