Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ASC operations to ensure efficient workflows and compliance.
• Supervise, train, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Coordinate staff assignments and escalate staffing concerns to the ASC Manager.
• Implement and reinforce policies and processes for safe patient care.
• Monitor regulatory compliance including HIPAA and accreditation standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, timesheets, and basic budgeting.
