Job summary

St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Manager Endoscopy to lead the Endoscopy unit, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staffing and operations. This position requires active RN licensure, ACLS/BCLS, and at least 1 year of healthcare and supervisory experience.

You will drive compliance with policies and promote a culture of safety and patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize throughput and outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s) with compact license requirements for Texas.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience and 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Specialty Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Endoscopy unit to ensure high-quality care.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and coordination to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Foster patient-centered care and an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize throughput and outcomes.
