The role requires a RN license in Texas, 4+ years supervisory nursing experience, and the ability to coordinate with medical staff and department heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• RN license in Texas or reciprocity.
• 4+ years of nursing supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily nursing department operations.
• Manages staffing and scheduling for 24/7 coverage.
• Ensures compliance with nursing laws, policies and standards.
• Provides leadership and staff development; conducts performance evaluations.
