Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate in nursing.

• Possession of a valid Virginia driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and Nurse Practitioners.
• Ensure nursing coverage across multiple locations and shifts.
• Monitor documentation quality and timeliness (e.g., concurrent documentation within 24 hours).
• Facilitate weekly medical team meetings and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide guidance on best practices, workflow management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on admissions and client interventions.
• Participate in program-level improvement initiatives.
• Conduct supervision meetings with nursing staff.
