Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations at the San Antonio State Supported Living Center. This role directs day-to-day nursing care, staffing, and program adherence to regulatory standards.

The Nurse Manager will lead an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliance with TAC and CMS requirements, and support staff development.

Formación

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing RN.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; nursing supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage the daily nursing operations.
• Ensure 24/7 nursing staffing and timely coverage.
• Hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with IDTs and external partners to provide integrated care.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
