• Oversees daily operations, programming and activities of a cluster of homes at the State Supported Living Center.
• Manages residential services and direct support staff to ensure active treatment, health, safety and personal goals.
• Coordinates services across psychology/behavioral health, nursing, medical and QIDP services for integrated care.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, DoJ settlement terms, and best practices for services to individuals with IDD.
