Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative support duties for the Director of Acute Care Nursing, other Nursing Directors, and department managers.
• Handle clerical, receptionist, scheduling, and purchasing tasks.
• Coordinate publications and large group meetings; prepare meeting minutes.
• Assist with project tracking, new hire planning, and interview scheduling.
• Provide invoice support, timekeeping, attendance tracking, PTO requests, and mail distribution.
