Job summary

TruHealing Baltimore is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee clinical nursing operations in substance use disorder programs, including detox and residential services. You will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective team management in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an active Maryland RN license, 3–5 years nursing experience with 1–2 years in leadership, and flexibility for day shifts with on-call.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland is required or eligible for endorsement.
• 3–5 years nursing experience with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Direct experience in detox and residential SUD settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills aligned to behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff across detox and residential programs.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Supervise, train, and mentor nursing team members and manage performance.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and leadership for treatment planning.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and staff development.
• Respond to clinical issues and emergencies as needed.
