Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Day Shift Registered Nurse-MH to support our substance use disorder program in the Baltimore region. The role requires an active MD RN license and at least two years of RN experience in a community or correctional SUD setting.

The RN will lead OTP documentation, chart audits, and DEA-audit readiness while providing direct patient care and coordinating with the SUD Program team for regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Minimum of two years experience as an RN in a community or correctional-based SUD clinic.
• CPR/BLS certification required and active.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Lead OTP documentation compliance, chart auditing, and DEA-audit readiness.
• Collaborate with the SUD Program team to prepare records and reporting for regulatory review.
