Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse in AZ upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedules nursing staff to shifts and measures performance.
• Coordinates unit activities during shifts and directs staff.
• Assesses and educates staff on patient care; institutes emergency procedures.
• Provides nursing care to patients as needed.
