Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing and current AZ RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Active BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of patient experience principles and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily patient rounds and other patient satisfaction activities.
• Connect with patients and actively listen to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote the Five Fundamentals of Service (AIDET) and Evidenced Based Practices for interactions with patients and visitors.
• Communicate with patients and families to resolve issues and provide service recovery when needed using HEART Service Recovery model.
• Responds to service requests and feedback received from Care Advisor.
• Provides hands-on patient care as appropriate to meet patient and department needs.
