Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Director of Surgical Services, RN to lead the strategic direction and operational oversight of nursing in General Surgery. You will drive patient care quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff, set standards, manage recruitment and professional development, and serve as a clinical resource and advisor on nursing practices.

Formación

• Bachelors of Science- Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Masters degree- Nursing or other related field MSN/MBA/MHA.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse: AZ RN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)- American Heart Association.
