Job summary

As part of the Nursing Leadership Team, you will evaluate outcomes, ensure supplies, support new employee orientations, and lead performance reviews and medication pass reviews.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid LPN license; RN license preferred.
• Minimum three years of full-time experience in long-term or acute care with two years in a supervisory role.
• IV certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on assigned shift and ensure quality care.
• Conduct rounds and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
• Coordinate plan of care and ensure availability of equipment and supplies.
• Participate in surveys, new employee orientations, and performance reviews.
