Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire; Hospice CPR if BLS is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and re-assessment of patient conditions.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in care delivery.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
• May float to other units and participate in on-call status.
• Follow safety and infection control standards.
• Assist with physical restraint as needed per policy.
