You will supervise Magnet champions, manage a budget, collaborate with senior nursing leadership, and ensure timely reporting, site visits, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with state license.
• Typically requires 5 years of nursing experience including evidence-based practice and data analysis.
• Professional governance and project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Magnet standards and regulatory practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides magnet consultation to nursing shared governance.
• Collaborates on a project plan and submission for Magnet Recognition.
• Implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and nursing practice.
• Coordinates ND Nursing Quality Indicators data collection and reporting.
• Mentors and maintains expertise in Magnet standards and regulatory requirements.
