Aurora Sinai Medical Center seeks a Magnet Program Manager to champion nursing excellence and lead professional governance initiatives. This leadership role partners with nurses and organizational leaders to drive Magnet standards, communicate outcomes, and translate daily work into meaningful outcomes and momentum.

The position requires initiative, collaboration, and the ability to move projects forward while remaining connected to nursing teams across the site.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
• 5+ years nursing experience with evidence-based practice and data analysis.
• Professional governance experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide magnet consultation to nursing governance groups.
• Collaborate on Magnet Recognition Program application, documentation, site visit and reporting.
• Implement process improvements to enhance performance outcomes and nursing practices.
• Coordinate ND(NQI) data collection and timely reporting.
• Mentor staff on Magnet standards, regulatory requirements and data needs.
• Collaborate to design education for Magnet standards across sites.
• Lead Magnet Champions and manage the program budget.
