Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee seeks a Project Coordinator for the Magnet Program to coordinate meetings, schedules, documents and events, partnering with nursing leaders and interdisciplinary teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Reporting to the Magnet Program Director, you will help produce minutes, manage calendars, develop presentations, and support quality initiatives and program growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree required; an Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Attends shared governance meetings; documents discussion, decisions, and action items; distributes minutes.
• Organizes and maintains schedules for nursing leaders, councils, and Magnet workgroups.
