Qualifications

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide nursing governance.
• Ability to analyze outcomes and communicate effectively with nurses and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provides magnet consultation to nursing shared governance at the site.
• Collaborates to plan and execute Magnet Recognition Program application and reporting.
• Implements process improvements to enhance performance and nursing evidence-based practices.
• Coordinates NDNI data collection and timely reporting of outcome data.
• Validates patient outcome data against benchmarks and regulatory standards.
• Mentors staff and maintains expertise in Magnet standards and data requirements.
• Designs and delivers education on Magnet standards across Aurora sites.
• Attends Magnet consortiums and shares program information.
• Leads Magnet Champions and manages program budget.
