Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare facilities, preferably long-term care.
• Proficient with electronic health records and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning and directing day-to-day SNF nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
