Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility. You will support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day nursing operations to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications
- Must possess current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing daily nursing operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and maintain quality of care.
- Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to support residents and staff.
