Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Ohio to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility. You will help ensure compliant, compassionate care and oversee nursing staff under regulatory standards.

The role requires a current RN (or LPN where allowed), at least two years of supervisory healthcare experience, and solid computer/EHR skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work (or LPN license where allowed).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, preferably long-term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing and directing day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to regulations.
