Job summary

Saber Health Group in Dayton, OH is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning and directing day-to-day SNF Nursing Service operations.

Required: active RN license in the state, at least two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, and basic computer skills with EHR software. This full-time position offers shifts 8:00a–4:30p and a salary range of $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus strong leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day SNF Nursing Service operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies; support quality of care.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high resident care standards.
