Qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state (or LPN where allowed).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high quality resident care.
