Genesis HealthCare is offering a Director of Nursing in Training (DON-IT) program in Milford, NH. This leadership track prepares you to lead nursing teams, drive quality care, and achieve operational excellence within skilled nursing settings.

You will rotate through clinical and operational areas, receive mentorship from experienced DONs and leaders, and complete a capstone project that demonstrates real impact on resident care and center performance.

Qualifications

• RN license current in the state where practicing.
• BSN preferred for leadership pathway.
• Experience or interest in long-term care leadership and nursing operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Director of Nursing in Training program to develop leadership skills.
• Mentor and learn from DONs, Nursing Home Administrators, and regional leaders.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching, and capstone projects focused on clinical leadership.
