Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• Experience in leading clinical teams is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the DON-IT program to grow into a Director of Nursing role.
• Rotate through clinical and operational areas to gain leadership experience.
• Lead projects focused on improving resident care and clinical outcomes.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
