Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in a skilled nursing setting. The role oversees nursing services, care plans, audits, and staff scheduling, ensuring compliance and high-quality resident care.

The position requires a nursing degree, an active Indiana RN license, and at least 2 years of management experience in LTC, with a Monday–Friday schedule, some on-call duties, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program is required.
Active RN license in Indiana is required.
Effective leadership and computer skills are required.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in skilled nursing care is required.

Responsibilities

Support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility.
Coordinate nursing services and oversee care plans.
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure safety standards.
