Charlestown Place of New Albany is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director to lead operations of a long-term care community. The role requires regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and a culture that delivers exceptional resident care and employee engagement.

The Executive Director will oversee 24-hour operations, lead a team of department directors, and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Prior healthcare leadership experience required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, team leadership, census development, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24-hour operations of the facility.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to department directors and management staff.
• Promote a culture focused on resident-centered care, quality outcomes, and employee engagement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for residents, families, visitors, and referral partners.
• Manage facility budgets and financial performance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize resources, staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts.
• Direct investigations involving incidents, accidents, and workplace injuries.
