Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our Skilled Nursing Community and ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care. You will manage the nursing team, develop comprehensive care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with interdisciplinary staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, quality assurance, and fostering a resident-centered culture. Monday–Friday days with occasional holidays/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program required.
• Active RN license in Indiana required.
• Long-term care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department and ensure residents receive high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care.
• Manage nursing staff and develop care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Staff development, budgeting, quality assurance, and fostering a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
