Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing community. You will coordinate nursing services, oversee care plans, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong clinical judgment and excellent communication. Qualified candidates have a nursing degree, Indiana RN license, and at least two years of LTC management experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program.
• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Demonstrated leadership and computer skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical leadership at the skilled nursing facility.
• Coordinate nursing services and oversee care plans.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Assist with staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
