Concord Care of Hartford in Cortland, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure high‑quality resident care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to implement policies, build staff capabilities, and drive improvements across the facility.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active Ohio RN license, and 2+ years in a leadership role with 3+ years in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• Active RN license in Ohio is required.
• Leadership experience in a care setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing team.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to implement policies and programs.
